踏盼滩位于塞班中西侧，是一个长200米的宁静小沙滩。稍远处隐约可见漂浮在海上的 军舰岛 。 现在船只出入增多，踏盼滩已经不能游泳和冲浪了。但由于它的地形简单，这里很适合初级及喜爱浮潜的人。 踏盼滩底质为珊瑚礁盘砂地相间的地形，并设有绳索供潜水的人攀扶，非常安全。可看到海葵小丑鱼、蝶鱼、雀鲷等各式珊瑚礁鱼类，十分适合第一次尝试潜水的朋友。
